As we prepare for the upcoming season, the Individual Defensive Players (IDP) format is becoming more popular among fantasy football owners. Just as you do when you select offensive players, IDP score points, for the most part, for tackles, sacks, and interceptions. In these types of leagues I tend to look for middle linebackers or outside linebackers. Many inexperienced owners will go after defensive lineman with star-powered names.
