Hey Lenny, you asked for for some comments, here are a few.
You mentioned you see Simmons being the starter for Atl. over Pastronicky. I disagree. I still think Pastronicky gets the nod.
Your draft yesterday. I listened to the draft live yesterday. I heard you mention several times that according to your projections what your HR and SB would be. I agree with some others who mentioned that you are light in the power department.
In looking at each roster, no team REALLY stands out to me. If I had to pick one, it might be Erickson.
You mentioned that prior to the draft you were wondering who to pick….Braun or Tulo. This tells me you didn’t scout out your competition and you don’t listen to Kyle’s show at 5pm. He’s been saying since Feb. that his first overall pick would be Braun. When the draft order was decided about 3 or 4 days ago, he was on the air live and said he wants to make it official right now….I’m taking Braun.
Back to your team Lenny, I see your team a middle of the pack kind of team. You talked about your strong pitching. Your top 3 are Kershaw, Weaver and Cain. Perri has Halladay, CC and Strazburg. The draft was the first step, as you know, team management during the year will be crucial.

Lenny, a bit light in steals, love the picthing and the closer strategy, seems to work in a lot of drafts.
To the Simmons thing, they mentioned on the game yesterday via mlb.tv that pastornicky came in basically as the starter, but the there is now a battle for that spot.
