I’m not sure why people are surprised that Rizzo hasn’t been called up yet. Hoyer who is in Chicago this year and had Rizzo last year in SD came out before the season started and said he made a big mistake calling up Rizzo so early last year. Hoyer said he would not make the same mistake this year.
